A cross between the '
Brandywine' variety and an unidentified, open-pollinated Italian variety with potato-type leaves. It bears fruit very abundantly starting about 80 days after transplanting. The fruit is deep pink, large—often reaching 900 grams—with very delicate skin and even coloring. The flesh is velvety, uniform, and has a balanced sweet-and-sour flavor.
