§1. General Provisions

  1. The organizer of the affiliate program (“Program”) is Pomidorlandia.pl – Gospodarstwo Rolne Białoboki, Tax ID No. 739-322-87-60, with its registered office at Gady 1, 11-001 Dywity (“Organizer”).
  2. The Program is intended for individuals, online content creators, bloggers, influencers, and gardening enthusiasts who wish to promote the Pomidorlandia brand and its product offerings (“Promoters”).
  3. The purpose of the Program is to jointly promote the idea of preserving heirloom tomato varieties and to sell products offered at the Pomidorlandia.pl store.

§2. Rules of Participation

  1. Participation in the Program is free and voluntary.
  2. To apply, send an email from the following page:

  3. Once the application is approved, the Promoter gains access to the promoter dashboard with a unique username and password, where they can:
    • track orders placed by customers using their code in real time,
    • check the amount of commissions earned,
    • request a withdrawal of funds at any time.
  4. Funds are paid out via bank transfer to the Promoter’s bank account within 7 days of the withdrawal request.
  5. Due to the store’s summer break (beginning June 1 of each year), on the last day of May, all Promoters’ accounts are automatically settled, and a withdrawal request is initiated for any remaining funds.
  6. The Organizer may accept or reject an application without providing a reason.
  7. Upon acceptance of the application, the Promoter receives a unique discount code that allows for the identification of referred sales.

§3. Terms of Cooperation

  1. The Promoter may promote Pomidorlandia products through their own channels (social media, blog, website, newsletter, video content).
  2. Every purchase made at Pomidorlandia.pl using the Promoter’s individual discount code entitles:
    • the customer to a 5% discount on the ordered products (the discount does not apply to shipping costs),
    • the Promoter to a 10% commission calculated based on the order value (excluding shipping costs).
  3. The commission is paid only if the customer enters the code correctly when placing the order.
  4. No commission is paid for canceled, returned, or unpaid orders.
  5. The promoter is obligated to present Pomidorlandia’s offer honestly and in accordance with the law, and not to mislead customers.
  6. It is prohibited to publish materials that may damage the reputation of Pomidorlandia, its customers, or its partners.

§4. Settlements and Payouts

  1. The Promoter may request a payout at any time through their dashboard.
  2. Payments are processed within 7 business days of the request being submitted.
  3. The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 PLN gross.
  4. Payments are made via bank transfer to the Promoter’s bank account.
  5. A Promoter who operates a business must issue a VAT invoice; in other cases, settlement may be made on the basis of a civil law contract or a receipt.
  6. On the last day of May each year, all accumulated funds are automatically totaled and paid out due to the store’s summer break (beginning June 1).

§5. Duration and Termination of the Collaboration

  1. The program is ongoing and remains in effect until terminated by the Organizer.
  2. Either party may terminate the cooperation at any time by sending an email with 7 days’ notice.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the partnership with the Promoter in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions.

§6. Data Protection and Final Provisions

  1. Promoters’ personal data is processed solely for the purpose of implementing the Program in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. The data controller is Gospodarstwo Rolne Białoboki (Pomidorlandia.pl).
  2. Promoters have the right to access their data and request its deletion.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any amendments take effect upon their publication on the Program’s website.
  4. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a prerequisite for applying to the Program. By sending an email requesting to join the Program, the Promoter declares that they have read these Terms and Conditions and accept their terms.
