Delivery options
Checkout shows the methods and prices available for your destination, products and payment: postal or courier services, parcel lockers, collection points and personal collection. Select and confirm a collection point where required. Countries for seeds and seedlings are listed under Delivery destinations.
Timing
Standard delivery takes up to 7 working days from contract formation or, for advance payment, receipt of funds, unless another period is stated before purchase. Pre-orders, the summer break and seedlings follow the period displayed with the product or at checkout.
The standard seed dispatch schedule is Monday–Friday in January–June, a break in July–September and Mondays and Wednesdays in October–December, excluding public holidays. These are dispatch days, not a promise of same-day arrival.
We send seedlings by DPD in May, after the long early-May weekend, depending on plant readiness. Dispatch is Monday–Thursday; Thursday dispatch is limited to Polish regional capitals and their immediate surroundings. If the long weekend ends on a Friday, dispatch does not start that day. Dispatch information and available tracking details are emailed; you can also check order status. Contact us about damage. Photographs and a carrier's report help, but no report does not remove complaint rights. Full rules: terms.
