JD’s Special C Tex is a large, dark tomato associated with J.D. Brann and his family-run nursery in Conroe, Texas. In our description, the fruits sometimes exceed half a kilogram, have a chocolate-pink color, plenty of flesh, and a thin skin.

The variety is prized for its rich flavor. It requires sturdy support, and heavy clusters should be secured additionally. The fruits ripen about 80 days after the seedlings are transplanted.
