An early-maturing, determinate mahogany-brown tomato variety for ground planting and small greenhouses. Rich flavor and aroma in fruits weighing 280โ350 g. Fairly disease-resistant. Produces a crop even at lower temperatures, bearing fruit approximately 75 days after transplanting. Can be trained to two shoots. High yield per plant.
This Russian variety was added to the Seed Savers Exchange collection thanks to Marina Danilenko. It combines the characteristics of dark, fleshy tomatoes with a more compact, determinate plant featuring potato-leaf foliage.
