A large tomato for sauces and purees, useful for comparison with Roma and the smaller Cherry Roma. High-yielding, almost to a fault. Deep red fruits shaped like elongated plums. On average, they are up to 10 cm long and 6 cm in diameter. High dry matter content. Delicate skin. The flavor leans toward the tart side. The fruit reaches maturity about 85 days after transplanting. The plant grows tall and requires staking or tying up.
