Yukon Quest tomato is a unique dwarf variety with pink fruit, created as part of the Dwarf Tomato Project, which began in 2006. This variety is the result of a cross between the Budai Torpe and Black from Tula varieties. The creator of this cross was Patrina Nuske Small from Australia, and one of the selections of this variety was given to Susan Bailey from Alaska, who gave it the name Yukon Quest. The name refers to the famous sled dog race held in Alaska. A low variety, ideal for field cultivation without covers, as well as pots. Regular, strongly corrugated leaves. Thick and hard stem. Fruit weighing from 80 to 170 grams, pink, slightly flattened. Very early variety - the first fruits ripen after about 65 days from planting in a permanent place.
