Plant Health
Also known as: phytosanitary status
Plant health refers to their overall condition and the extent to which they are affected by diseases and pests. Healthy plants grow better, utilize nutrients more efficiently, and produce higher yields. Maintaining high plant health is the result of proper preventive measures, appropriate fertilization, and proper care. It’s a good idea to regularly inspect both sides of the leaves, the stems, and the fruit, and to note any changes you observe so you can detect problems sooner.
