Crop Management

A crop management intervention is any action taken in response to a problem observed in the crop. It may include adjusting fertilization, modifying irrigation, removing infected leaves, applying a spray, or improving tunnel ventilation. The sooner a problem is detected, the greater the chance of resolving it effectively. First, identify the likely cause, then change one factor at a time and observe the plant’s response.
