White seeds
White or very light-colored seeds are most often immature and usually have a lower germination rate than properly developed seeds that are cream-colored or beige. They are most commonly found in fruits that were harvested too early or are underdeveloped. However, it’s worth noting that in some varieties, especially those with light-colored fruits, seeds may naturally be lighter in color than in classic red tomatoes. To collect your own seed, it is best to select fully ripe fruits that have been left on the plant for as long as possible.
