Virus
A virus is a microscopic infectious agent capable of replicating only inside living cells. Tomato viruses cause, among other things, mosaic patterns, leaf deformities, stunted growth, and reduced fruit quality. There are no treatments available to cure an infected plant, so protection relies primarily on preventive measures and stopping the spread of viruses. A plant showing suspicious symptoms should be isolated; do not collect seeds or cuttings from it, and clean your tools before continuing work.
