Perspiration

Transpiration is the process of water evaporation through the leaves. It enables the transport of nutrients from the roots to the above-ground parts of the plant and helps cool the plant during high temperatures. Excessive transpiration combined with water deficiency leads to water stress and wilting. During hot weather, ensure consistent moisture in the root zone and adequate ventilation, while taking care not to overwater the soil.
