Planting Date

The planting date should be adjusted to local climatic conditions and the type of crop. Tomatoes are usually planted in the ground after the risk of frost has passed, while in greenhouses it is possible to start the season earlier. Planting too early stunts growth and increases the risk of cold damage. It is better to plant the seedlings a few days later than too early.
