Determinant (self-terminating)

Determinate varieties stop growing after producing a specific number of flower clusters. They are shorter, ripen earlier, and usually yield most of their crop in a short period of time. Unlike tall-growing varieties, they often do not require regular removal of side shoots. They are ideal for field cultivation and for processing.
