Slivka Gurman This tomato has elongated, plum-shaped fruits and a fleshy interior with a small amount of juice. The pinkish-red fruits may have dark anthocyanin-based discoloration, the intensity of which depends on the light. The fruits are up to 10 cm long. Their sweet-tart flavor works well in fresh salads as well as in sauces, purees, or baked dishes.
The plant grows tall, has regular leaves, and requires support. Meraki Seeds describes the fruits as weighing approximately 50–70 g and ripening about 75–80 days after planting. The name “Slivka” refers to the plum-like shape of the tomatoes. A beautiful variety with a very intense, dark color that sets fruit regardless of temperature.
