The Yellow Furry Boar tomato is a unique variety developed by Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms in California. Its name comes from the characteristic, slightly hairy skin of the fruit, which makes it a rarity among tomatoes. The fruits are medium-sized, weighing from 60 to 120 grams, with an intense yellow color with green stripes that turn gold as they ripen.
This variety is characterized by juicy, yellow-white flesh with a mild flavor, with a delicate hint of sweetness, which makes it excellent both for eating raw and in salads. The plant is tall, it grows throughout the season, reaching a height of about 200 cm. Yellow Furry Boar ripens about 80 days after planting, and due to its unusual structure and sweet taste, it is popular with collectors of rare tomato varieties   .
This is a relatively new variety, created with exceptional aesthetic and taste values in mind, and its unusual, matte skin without shine distinguishes it from other tomatoes. Thanks to high yields until the first frosts, it is valued in hobby cultivation.
