Considered a synonym for the Dixie Golden Giant variety. The history of the Goldie tomato supposedly goes back 150 years, but it was commercially sold thanks to Gleckler's Seedsmen in 1977. Considered the best tomato of all orange tomatoes, excellent in taste, tender and fleshy with a thin skin. This variety is characterized not only by its charming appearance and taste, but also by high fertility. The fruits reach maturity about 90 days after planting. To get the full flavor, we advise you to postpone the start of harvesting until the heel is slightly pink. This will be a sign that the tomato is ready for harvest.
