The "Ananas Blue " tomato is a unique variety bred by José Antoine in Belgium, resulting from a cross between the OSU Blue and Ananas varieties. The fruits of this plant are medium-sized, weighing between 150 and 300 g, with a distinctive yellow-orange skin featuring blue mottling that varies depending on the intensity of sunlight. The flesh is juicy and sweet, with a delicate citrus flavor and yellow-red spots inside.

The plant grows to a medium height, and its leaves have dark green and blue hues. This variety matures approximately 75 days after transplanting the seedlings and can be grown both in open ground and under cover. These tomatoes are best suited for eating raw, especially in salads and on sandwiches, thanks to their exotic flavor and striking appearance.
