We acquired this variety many years ago from TomatoFest, which received it from gardener Lloyd Duggins in 1987. He, in turn, received the seeds from a woman in South Carolina. The plant is tall, with characteristic potato leaves, and requires tying. The fruit ripens relatively late, about 80 days after planting. It weighs up to half a kilogram, is intensely pink, fleshy, and has an exceptionally delicate, buttery consistency. The fruit's skin is thin, and its flavor is perfectly balanced.
