A variety grown in Central America, native to the Andes. Classic varieties of buffalo heart have a distinct pink color, a very rich and intense aroma and a sour-sweet flavor. This variety has all these characteristics, except for the color of the fruit, here it is intense red. A plant that grows high requires a tether. The fruits ripen after about 80 days, they have a soft and delicate skin.
