An old variety originating from Kentucky in the United States. Probably grown by the Amish over 100 years ago. The fruit is very large, of intense red color, reaching one kilogram, round and flattened. Classic beefsteak tomato. The fruits reach maturity about 85 days after planting. High-growing plant, requires staking or tying. It deserves a place in every garden.
