This variety belongs to the “oxheart” group, mainly due to the plant’s resemblance to that type. The fruits are typically heart-shaped. They are very fleshy, large, deep red, and have an excellent flavor. This is a mid-late variety; the fruit reaches maturity about 80 days after transplanting. The plants are tall and require staking or trellising.
