Giant 11 produces large, meaty slices and is perfect for leisurely enjoying summer tomatoes. The pinkish-red fruits are slightly flattened, and their mild flavor has a pleasant, fruity character. The largest specimens in our description can weigh up to one kilogram, though size depends on growing conditions and the plant’s yield.
It’s best enjoyed fresh: on a slice of good bread, in a salad with onions, or as the main component of a vegetable platter. The generous amount of flesh allows you to cut wide slices without having to combine several small fruits.
