A variety bred by Lee Goodwin of J&L Gardens, whose lineage includes “Big Rainbow,” “Cherokee Purple,” and “Bosque Blue.” The name refers to the setting sun breaking through storm clouds. The leaves are regular, and the plant is tall, requiring staking. The fruit does not exceed 400 grams. Beautifully colored! The fruit is orange with delicate yellow stripes, dark blue near the stem, and changes color from golden to reddish-orange as it ripens. This variety is definitely worth trying!
