A variety with very large fruits, such as buffalo heart. Intensely red, sweet and perfect to eat fresh, but even better for purees or other preserves. The fruit ripens late, but the waiting time is compensated by delicious sweet taste and full, tomato aroma. The Siebenburgen variety comes from Romania.
