Indigo Red Beauty is distinguished by its large, colorful fruits, which can weigh up to 400 g in our cultivation. They are fleshy, contain few seeds, and are deep red when cut open. They tolerate transport well and are resistant to cracking.
The dark pigment on the skin is most visible in well-lit areas. During harvest, we also observe the ripening red portion of the fruit to avoid mistaking the dark color for full ripeness.
This tall plant requires support. The fruit reaches maturity approximately 80 days after the seedlings are planted.
