Georgia Streak is a unique, late-ripening beefsteak tomato variety native to the U.S. state of Georgia. This variety is distinguished by its impressive fruits, which can weigh anywhere from 300 grams to as much as 1 kilogram. The fruits have an intense golden-yellow skin with red hues both on the outside and in the flesh, giving them a beautiful, marbled appearance.

Georgia Streak tomatoes are prized not only for their appearance but also for their unique, sweet flavor with a slight tang. The flesh is meaty and tender, perfect for eating raw or as an addition to salads and other dishes. The plant grows tall (up to about 1.8 meters) and requires support in the form of stakes or trellises. It is a late-season variety whose fruits ripen about 90 days after transplanting.
