A variety that is easy to recognize by the unusual shape of its fruit. The fruit is pink, very tasty, and similar in flavor to the popular “Oxheart.” The skin is resistant to cracking. The weight ranges from 300 to 450 grams. It has a low water content and a high dry matter content, making it ideal for purees and salsas. The fruit reaches maturity about 75 days after transplanting. The plant grows tall and requires staking or tying up.
