The fruit resembles varieties such as Yellow Stuffer or Zapotec in shape, with large internal cavities. The fruit is characteristically rippled, forming a sort of accordion shape. The fruit is relatively large, with a diameter of up to 12 cm. This is a late-season variety that reaches maturity about 80 days after planting. This tomato is excellent for stuffing (thanks to its thick walls), as well as for sandwiches and salads. The flavor is well-balanced and rather sweet.
