This vigorous plant produces an incredible amount of fruit. The fruit ripens about 73 days after transplanting. The fruits have a delicate skin, weigh about 300–350 grams on average, and are yellow or pale yellow (the shade may vary depending on growing conditions). As the fruit ripens, a few red streaks appear on its underside. In terms of flavor, it combines rich tomato notes with pleasant tropical accents. It’s perfect for both salads and sandwiches.
The variety is associated with Gary Ibsen and Dagma Lacey of California’s TomatoFest. Its hallmark is its light-colored flesh and subtle red streaks that appear when fully ripe; these are best seen in a thick, freshly sliced piece.
