Stabilization of this variety was done by Craig Houllier. The variety comes from Cherokee Purple. Fruits reach a weight of 300 to 500 grams, have a chocolate-mahogany color and are very meaty. Perfect for restaurants, as well as in-home use. Delicious flavor, thin skin and deep color. Variety definitely worth planting in your garden. Fruits reach maturity after about 75 days after planting.
