Candy Stripe is one of the multi-colored varieties with the largest fruits. The average weight of the fruit is about 500 grams, although multiflowers can reach specimens up to a kilogram! Round, slightly flattened fruits vary in color from dominant yellow-orange, through pink to red. The beautiful appearance is complemented by a sensational taste, comparable to Brandywine varieties. The fruit is very fleshy, very much like beefsteak varieties. A variety similar, but more fertile than Pineapple. The fruit ripens about 85 days after planting.
