A variety from the Bratka family’s collection in New Jersey, United States. The Sand Hill Preservation Center credits Joe Bratka’s father with breeding it. The plant has regular leaves, is tall, and very sturdy. It produces an abundant harvest of fruit weighing between 280 and 450 grams. The fruits are red and are perfect for sandwiches, sauces, salads, juices, and preserves. They have a very rich aroma and excellent flavor, and are also resistant to cracking. This variety is characterized by higher disease resistance. The fruit reaches maturity approximately 70 days after transplanting.
