An interesting tomato variety native to Ukraine. The bright red fruits, weighing between 240 and 350 grams, ripen in about 68 days and are resistant to cracking. The name honors cosmonaut Vladislav Volkov, a member of the Soyuz 11 crew, who died during their return to Earth in 1971. In terms of flavor, it resembles the
Brandywine variety. This variety is very high-yielding, even in cooler climates.
