Pineapple Tomato. An exceptionally meaty, aromatic tomato with a unique flesh texture reminiscent of pineapple (hence the name). The flavor is wonderful, rich, fruity, and sweet. HIGH-YIELDING! The fruits can weigh up to 800 g. The fruit is sunny yellow both on the outside and when cut open, with irregular red mottling in the center. The skin is thin. Suitable for both open-ground and protected cultivation. Matures in about 80 days.
For a colorful fruit platter, pair it with Pineapple Green and Ananas Noire. Each produces large, fleshy slices, but with different combinations of flesh colors.
