Trace Elements
Micronutrients are elements that plants need in very small amounts, yet are essential for the proper functioning of many vital processes. These include, among others, iron, manganese, boron, zinc, copper, molybdenum, chlorine, and nickel. Deficiencies in these elements often manifest as chlorosis, deformities in young leaves, or flowering disorders. An excess of micronutrients can also be harmful.
