Redox

Oxidation-reduction potential (Redox, ORP) refers to the ability of an environment to oxidize or reduce various chemical compounds. In hydroponic cultivation, this parameter is used, among other things, to monitor the quality of the nutrient solution and the effectiveness of its disinfection. In traditional soil-based cultivation, it has little practical significance.
