LED for seedlings

LED lamps are currently the most commonly used light source for growing tomato seedlings. They are characterized by high efficiency, low energy consumption, and the ability to select the appropriate light spectrum. Properly selected lighting prevents seedlings from becoming leggy and helps produce compact, healthy seedlings. When selecting lamps, check the declared PPFD and coverage area, and adjust the lamp height and lighting duration according to the instructions and the appearance of the seedlings.
