Cocktail tomatoes
Also known as: cherry tomatoes
Cocktail tomatoes are a commercial group of varieties with small fruits, typically larger than cherry tomatoes but smaller than medium-sized tomatoes. The boundaries of this group are arbitrary and are not defined by a single, universally accepted weight range. The flavor, aroma, and sugar content depend on the variety, ripeness, and growing conditions. These tomatoes have a wide range of culinary uses.
