A variety developed as part of “The Dwarf Tomato Project,” characterized by its short stature and continuous fruiting throughout the season. As is typical of dwarf varieties, the plant has a thick stem and strong, strongly rugose leaves. The fruits are relatively small, weighing up to 100 grams, though individual fruits may be larger. They have a distinctive lemon-shaped form, a delicate skin, and a balanced sweet-and-sour flavor. The fruit ripens about 70 days after transplanting, and the plant is highly productive.
It was selected by Linda Black from the offspring of a cross between ‘Anna Banana Russian’ and ‘Roza Vetrov,’ created by Patrina Nuske Small in 2007. The project describes the fruit as yellow and heart-shaped; in our cultivation, its elongated shape is particularly reminiscent of a lemon.
