A variety from the Dwarf Tomato Project, derived from a cross between Golden Dwarf Champion and
Green Giant created by Patrina Nuske Small. Craig LeHoullier named it in honor of his friend A.C. Snow, a newspaper editor in Raleigh. The name also fits the fruit’s very light color. As they ripen, the fruits turn a light straw-yellow color. The fruit is large and incredibly juicy. The plant is bushy, with very strong stems and thick, distinctive leaves. It produces a very high yield per plant. It can be trained to grow on a single stem, but a trailing growth habit is recommended. It reaches maturity after about 75 days.
