A tomato typically used for preparation. If you are familiar with and like oil-dried tomatoes, this variety is better suited for such uses than any other. It contains a great deal of dry matter, the fruits are hard and have little juice. It dries perfectly, has a sensational aroma and intense red color. Self-terminating plants ideal for growing outdoors, great for commercial use.
