An interesting tomato variety that originated in Ukraine. Vibrant red fruits weighing 240 to 350 grams ripen in about 68 days and are resistant to cracking. The taste qualities of this variety are appreciated at numerous taste competitions, where Cosmonaut Volkow very often takes first place. In terms of taste, it resembles Brandywine varieties. The variety is very prolific, even in colder climates.
