Botinecka Zuta (the orginal name is Botanička Zuta, also encountered under the names Topepo Yellow and Botanicka Zuta) is a bell pepper ideal for stuffing - the fruit has thick walls that perfectly retain their shape during baking. The fruit is slightly flattened, intensely yellow and sweet. The variety is native to the Balkans.
