One of the green tomato varieties with the largest beefsteak-type fruits. A single fruit can weigh even more than 600 grams. The plant is very strong, fast growing and prolific. Fruits are intensely green, very fleshy with very few seeds. The peel on the fruit is very delicate, you need to be careful not to cause bruising. When ripening, the skin of the fruit takes on a yellowish shade. Overripe tomatoes turn orange-yellow. One of the tastiest green tomatoes, honored as the 2003 Heirloom Garden Show's tastiest tomato. A late variety, it reaches maturity about 85 days after planting.
