A dwarf variety with beautiful fruit—deep red with distinct stripes running from the top to the bottom of the fruit. A very vigorous plant with a sturdy stem and strongly rugose leaves. It is a short plant—it does not exceed one meter in height. It bears fruit relatively late—about 80 days after being planted in its permanent location.
Vince Lavallo developed it by crossing “Dwarf Wild Fred” and “Beauty King” as part of the Dwarf Tomato Project. Released in 2017, this variety belongs to the “Beauty” breeding family, from which “Dwarf Firebird Sweet” also originates. It’s worth comparing them side by side: the similarity in their striped fruits stems from a common source.
