Established by the Agricultural Experimental Station in North Dakota, the variety was first introduced for sale in 1959. Nowadays, the variety is practically completely forgotten, available only in a few stores in the world. Self-terminating plant, height about 1m. requires stringing, enters fruiting about 65 days after planting. Can be carried on several shoots. Fruits with delicate skin, in the shape of a slightly flattened ball, reach a weight of 240 to 360 grams. The flesh is velvety, distinctly sweet with a slight hint of acid. An excellent fruiting variety.
