The name of this pepper is derived from the name of the mountain in Argentina, where this variety comes from. Talking about the fruits it is hard to use other word than giant, can rach up to 30 cm. Due to size of the fruits and their weight it may be neccessary to suport tchem to avoid tearing. Fruits have an intense flavor, and their size makes them ideal for Sushi, since they reach easily width of the nori strip. Deliciously sweet fruits reach maturity after about 75 days after planting into the ground.
