White Wonder is a large tomato with a creamy, yellowish-white skin and an equally light-colored interior. The fleshy fruit has a mild, slightly sweet flavor and a delicate texture. In our variety, they weigh about 400 g. This variety is best sliced into wide pieces and served alongside red or dark tomatoes.
The light color remains after ripening, so there’s no need to wait for it to turn red. The fruit works well in salads, on bread, and in light sauces; its mild character also provides an interesting contrast to more distinctive varieties.
