The variety was first added to the Seed Savers Exchange in 1985. Fruits are large, reaching up to a kilogram. The skin is thin. In cross-section it is very eye-catching with a mixture of gold and red color. Fruits of irregular shape, slightly flattened. Fruits reach maturity about 85 days after planting. High growing plant, requires staking or stringing.
